== Overview == The Company is the leading global company in the segments in which operates, particularly in the production of wheels and structural components for light and commercial vehicles. There are also leaders in the segment of railway equipment in Brazil. The Group have 25 industrial units, 03 offices and nearly 19 thousand employees located in 14 countries, which enables us to serve them clients globally within the terms and quality standards required by them. The Iochpe Maxion Group operate through 02 divisions in the automotive segment which is Maxion Wheels and Maxion Structural Components, and in the railway segment AmstedMaxion. The Wheels division ''Maxion Wheels'' manufactures and trades a wide range of steel wheels for light and commercial vehicles and farm machinery, as well as aluminum wheels for light vehicles. The Structural components division ''Maxion Structural Components'' produces mainly sidemembers, crossmembers and complete chassis for commercial vehicles and structural stamped items for light vehicles.
