Jean Georges

Jean Georges is a three-Michelin-stars restaurant at 1 Central Park West (between West 60th Street and West 61st Street), on the lobby level of the Trump International Hotel and Tower, on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, New York City, named after its owner Jean-Georges Vongerichten.〔
According to Michelin star rating, it is one of the top five best French restaurant in the Americas (US, Canada, and Latin America). It also remains one of the few restaurants in the city awarded four stars by ''The New York Times''. The current executive chef is Mark LaPico.
==Menu==
A prix-fixe menu is available with a two-course lunch and a four-course dinner. Two seven-course tasting menus are also available; the Jean Georges menu of signature dishes, and a seasonal menu highlighting fresh produce.
Desserts are produced by the pastry chef Johnny Iuzzini, who is also the head judge on the reality competition show ''Top Chef: Just Desserts''.〔(Johnny Iuzzini official website )〕
