KBIJ (99.5 FM) is an American radio station licensed to serve the community of Guymon, Oklahoma. The station is owned by Oralia Cowan, through licensee OMI Oilfield Investments, LLC. It airs a Regional Mexican format to the far northern Perryton, Texas.〔 ==History== In December 2004, Todd Deneui applied to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for a construction permit for a new broadcast radio station. The FCC granted this permit on March 2, 2005, with a scheduled expiration date of March 2, 2008.〔 In June 2006, permit holder Todd Deneui applied to the FCC to sell the construction permit to Grace Community Church of Amarillo for $95,000.
