KCLU-FM is an NPR station covering Ventura County, California, at 88.3 (MHz) and Santa Barbara at 102.3 (MHz) and AM 1340 (kHz). It features NPR programming, local news, weather forecasts, and traffic conditions. California Lutheran University owns its licensing. KCLU (AM) in Santa Barbara is not always simulcasting KCLU-FM. KCLU and KVCR-FM in San Bernardino provide Hollywood and Los Angeles area stories for PRI's ''Here and Now'' since that program is not heard at all in the entirety of Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Other programs heard on KCLU include the BBC World Service, ''As It Happens'', ''The World'', ''A Prairie Home Companion'', ''Car Talk'', ''Whad'Ya Know?'' (latter three shared with KUSC's rebroadcasters in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties), ''Fresh Air with Terry Gross'', ''This American Life'' and ''Wait Wait...Don't Tell Me!'' (shared with all other NPR affiliates in said counties), in addition to ''Morning Edition'' and ''All Things Considered''.
