KFSG
KFSG (1690 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a Spanish Religious format. Licensed to serve Roseville, California, USA, the station is currently owned by Way Broadcasting Licensee, LLC., part of Multicultural Radio Broadcasting.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=KFSG Facility Record )〕 KFSG's religious programming is entirely supplied by block-programmers, who purchase airtime on the station and its sister, co-located KLIB (1110 AM). Programs in Spanish, Russian and Hmong are augmented with long periods of instrumental fill music (during unsold time periods), and UC-Davis Basketball, which purchased blocks of time to air their games in 2007-08. Vietnamese-language programming from the San Jose–based Radio Network airs weekdays from noon to 2 PM. ==History== The station was assigned the call letters KSXX on November 17, 1997. On March 13, 2003, the station changed its call sign to the current KFSG.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://licensing.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/ws.exe/prod/cdbs/pubacc/prod/call_hist.pl?Facility_id=87177&Callsign=KFSG )〕 KFSG's signal has been reported throughout most of the western United States at night. This is due in part the fact that 1690 is a relatively clear frequency, with the closest station competing being KDDZ from Arvada, Colorado.〔(Salt Lake City DX Log )〕
