KNIA (1320 AM, "Real Country AM 1320") is a full-service radio station licensed to serve Knoxville, Iowa, USA. The station is owned by M and H Broadcasting, Inc. In September 1964, Mitchell Broadcasting Corporation (Forrest J. Mitchell Jr., president) announced the sale of KNIA to Stevens Radio Corporation. Former employees include: Ed Hanna, General Manager (Late 1970's) Melvin Knowles, Chief Engineer (1970's - 1980's) Diana Brewer, Sales Manager (Late 1970's) Dwight 'Skip' Anderson, Program Director (Late 1970's) In December 1992, Leighton Enterprises, Inc., reached an agreement to sell this station to M and H Broadcasting, Inc.
