The callsign changed to KMGQ. Less than two months later, Kampschroer re-assumed control of his station and restored the previous standards format.〔("Magic is Brief for KMGQ" ), Radio Insight. Retrieved 10-28-2012.〕 On November 20, 2012, the call sign reverted to KTEA. On March 31, 2014, the station was sold to Robert Adelman's Adelman Broadcasting, Inc., for a purchase price of $200,000.
