KXLY-FM ("The Big 99.9 Coyote Country") is a country music outlet in Spokane, Washington that broadcasts at 99.9 MHz with an ERP of 37 kw. The station is owned by Morgan Murphy Media. KXLY-FM formerly has a translator, K262AG, serving the east-central Spokane Valley region at 100.3 FM until September 17, 2015. 100.3 FM is now a translator for 920 AM KXLY. ==History== The station made its debut in September 1959 with an easy listening format before evolving into a soft AC format in the late 1980s. On September 12, 2006 the station switched to an adult album alternative format branded as "Spokane's River 99dot9."
