Kakumäe (Estonian for ''"Owl Hill"'') is a subdistrict ((エストニア語:asum)) in the district of Haabersti, Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. It is located at the top of the Kakumäe Peninsula, which is part of the Baltic Klint in the Tallinn Bay.
