Karsina

Karsina (German ''Karzin'') is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Polanów, within Koszalin County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Central Statistical Office (GUS) - TERYT (National Register of Territorial Land Apportionment Journal) )〕 It lies approximately west of Polanów, south-east of Koszalin, and north-east of the regional capital Szczecin.
Before 1945 the area of Farther Pomerania, where the village is located, was part of Germany. For a long time ''Karzin'' had been an estate of the old pomeranian noble family ''von Bonin''. In the year of 1762 the estate was sold to the family ''von Hellermann'', who still owned it at the end of the 19th century. 〔Heinrich Berghaus: ''Landbuch des Herzogtums Pommern und des Fürstentums Rügen''. Part III, Vol. 1, Anklam 1867, (pp. 353-354 ).〕 For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.
The village has a population of 30.
