Keepmoat Ltd is a community regeneration and housebuilding company in the United Kingdom. It operates in public and private housebuilding, extra care services, planned and responsive repairs, and sustainability solutions. Its headquarters are in Doncaster. ==History== Keepmoat's history dates back to 1931. Bramall & Ogden Ltd, founded by George Bramall and Dick Ogden, and Frank Haslam Milan Ltd, were established in Rotherham and Doncaster. The two original businesses operated throughout Yorkshire on public sector housing projects. After both businesses were renamed to Bramall Construction and Frank Haslam Milan, in 1983, the management teams from the two companies formed its parent company, Keepmoat.〔(Keepmoat: Our History )〕 In 1986, the company established Haslam Homes, a house-building division of Keepmoat. Keepmoat bought Milnerbuild, a Leeds-based social housing repair and maintenance company, in 2010.〔(Keepmoat Buys Milnerbuild )〕 In 2012, the Keepmoat group of companies and Apollo merged〔(Keepmoat merger with Apollo legally sealed )〕 to become Keepmoat Ltd, forming a business with a turnover of £1 billion.
