''Kerintha'' is a 2015 Indian Telugu romantic entertainer directed by Sai Kiran Adivi, who had earlier directed Vinayakudu and Villagelo Vinayakudu. This film is produced by Dil Raju under the banner Sri Venkateswara Creations. It stars Sumanth Ashwin Viswant Sri Divya Sukrithi Tejaswi Madivada & Parvateesam in the lead roles. The film was released on 12 June 2015. The story revolves around five close friends. Jay, Siddharth (Sid), Bhavana, Nooka Raju and Priya. Jay is like a meaning of a best friend. He can spread happiness like virus. Siddharth is a guitarist who lies to his strict mother by doing M.A music instead of MA which his mother wants to study. Bhavana is a spirited girl who stays in a hostel. Nookaraju is a guy from Srikakulam who is interested in girls instead of studies whereas his parents struggle for paying his fees by working as labourers. Priya is a NRI girl from USA . Siddharth falls in love with Priya and Jay falls in love with a girl in a bus. In the morning, He sees that the girl got down when he was asleep. Luckily, He found her Jhumki lying on her seat. Once, Sid decided to propose Priya by singing in a radio show. But Nookaraju gets Priya directly to the studio. So instead, Jay sung about his sweetheart, She hears the song and contacts him for her Jumping which was the last gift byra her mother. She introduced herself as Dr.Roopa. He flirts her to come for lunch. She unwillingly accepts it but she escapes from Jay and it was revealed that her actual name was Manaswini. Meanwhile,Sid proposes Priya which is a great success. Nookaraju's crush on Bhavana turns into love although she hates him. On Sid's birthday, Priya planned a big surprise for him. But alas, His mother came and to cover the incident, He abandoned Priya.
