''Koh-Lanta'' is a French reality television series and France's version of ''Survivor''. The series premiered on August 4, 2001. The show is broadcast on TF1 and there have been 12 regular seasons, and 4 special seasons. The host of ''Koh-Lanta'' is Denis Brogniart. Since its debut in 2001, ''Koh-Lanta'' has been a huge success in France, regularly finishing first in its timeslot. == Format and rules == 16 contestants must survive on an uninhabited island for 40 days (20 days in special seasons). They have to find food to accompany the meagre ration of rice supplied to them at the beginning of the adventure. They should build a shelter to protect themselves from external conditions (weather, insects...) and keep alight the fire they were able to start or which they won in the first round. Each contestant has a backpack with some clothes (limited to pants, shorts, two underwear, a hat, a pair of sunglasses etc.). Any product related to hygiene or food is prohibited (except due to illness). Unlike most versions of ''Survivor'', there have been two seasons where the final vote resulted in a tie. As a consequence, both finalists were declared winners. The winner wins 100 000 euros, the second gets 10 000 euros (55 000 euros each if 2 winners). In season 14, the winner gave his 100 000 euros to an association. The name of the show, Koh-Lanta is the name of the first location used, see below. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Koh-Lanta」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
