Lagtang is one of the 22 barangays of Talisay City in the province of Cebu, Philippines. It lies between barangay Tabunoc to the East, barangay Jaclupan to the West, barangay Lawaan II to the South, and barangay Bulacao to the North. On August 19, 2004 president Arroyo released P20 million to Talisay City to build a new public market () and Lagtang will host the proposed new Public Market. ==Education== ''List of Academics based in Barangay Lagtang'': 1.)
