Leweston School

Leweston School is a Catholic independent school for girls near Sherborne in Dorset, UK. It consists of coeducational Pre-Prep (ages 2-7) and Prep (ages 7-11) departments and a girls-only Senior School (11+). It is the sister-school of St Teresa's School in Surrey.
==History==
Leweston School was founded as St Antony's school in 1891 by the Sisters of Christian Instruction. St Antony's School moved to the Leweston Manor estate in 1948 and became known as St Antony's-Leweston School. The school name was changed to Leweston School in 2007. The Prep School became coeducational in 2010.
The main school building is a Palladian manor house built in the late eighteenth century. The school grounds occupy , and include the Chapel of the Holy Trinity, a Grade I listed building, built in 1616.〔(English Heritage - Images of England ), accessed 28 April 2009.〕 The Trinity Chapel is the oldest building on the school site and is used regularly for smaller services.〔(School website - Chapel ), accessed 18 April 2008.〕 There is another chapel situated in the main school.
