Liloa Liloa was a legendary high chief of the island of Hawaii in either the 15th or 16th century. He kept a royal compound in Waipi'o valley and had two sons, one named Hākau from his wife, Pinea, who is also his mother's sister, and Umi-a-Liloa from his mistress, Akahi a Kuleana. Liloa's Kāʻei is the sacred feathered sash.〔(King Kamehameha )〕 ==References==
