It is located in the Ancash Region, Carhuaz Province, Marcará District.〔escale.minedu.gob.pe - UGEL map of the Carhuaz Province (1) (Ancash Region) showing "Lago Lejíacocha" west of "Nevado Léjia"〕 Llikllaqucha lies south-east of the mountain Wallqan, south-west of the mountain Qupa and west of the mountain Lliklla.
