Lyubertsy
Lyubertsy () is a city and the administrative center of Lyuberetsky District in Moscow Oblast, Russia. Population: ==History== It was first mentioned in 1621 and was granted town status in 1925. March 3, 2012.〕 Lyubertsy was home to the Lyubers Soviet sports youth movement in the 1980s. During the perestroika years of the 1990s, the Lyubers, and by association Lyubertsy, formed a part of the emerging organized crime syndicates.
