M'Chira
M'chira is a small village in Algeria,〔(November 2, 1957 ''The Bridgeport Telegram'' from Bridgeport, Connecticut· Page 16 ). via Newspapers.com (subscription required)〕 north east of Algiers.〔("£2,000,000 Daily to Keep Algiers". ) ''The Canberra Times'' 19 November 1957.〕〔("Delve into M'Chira in Algeria!" ). ''TripSuggest''.〕 The village has a school. It is 65 km South-West of Constantine. It is the location of many ancient monuments, mostly from the Roman Era, such as Roman Drills known locally under the name of (Bir Tashma:ar). M'Chira is at the junction of many roads, to Batna in the south and Oum el Bouaghi to the East, to Setif on the West and Constantine to the north east.
