Maafe
Maafe (var. ''mafé'', ''maffé'', ''maffe'', ''sauce d'arachide'' (French), ''tigadèguèna'' or ''tigadenena'' (Bamana; literally 'peanut butter sauce'), or groundnut stew, is a stew or sauce (depending on water content) common to much of West Africa.
