Macluritidae : ウィキペディア英語版 | Macluritidae
Macluritidae is an extinct family of relatively large, Lower Ordovician to Devonian, macluritacean gastropods(?), hypserstrophically coiled, that is dextral while appearing sinsitral, of which the genus ''Maclurites'' is arch-typical. The base of their shells is flat or gently protruding while the upper side is generally concave. == Taxonomy == J.B Knight, ''et al.'', 1960〔Treatise on Invertebrate Paleontology, Part I, Mollusca 1. R.C. Moore (ed); Geol Soc of America and Univ Kansas Press, 1960.〕 included the Macluritidae in the prosobranch Archeogastropoda and included the family in the Macluritacea. Linsely and Keir, 1984〔Robert M. Linsely & William M. Kier, 1984. The Paragastropoda: a proposal for a new class of Paleozoic Mollusca. Malacologia, v.25, no1, pp 241-254.〕 removed the Macluritidae, along with the Onychochilidae, to the Paragastropoda, a new class of gastropod-like molluscs proposed for forms which they concluded had untorted bodies. Bouchet & Rocroi, 2005,〔Bouchet P. & Rocroi J.-P. (Ed.); Frýda J., Hausdorf B., Ponder W., Valdés Á. & Warén A. 2005. ''Classification and nomenclator of gastropod families''. Malacologia: International Journal of Malacology, 47(1-2). ConchBooks: Hackenheim, Germany. ISBN 3-925919-72-4. ISSN 0076-2997. 397 pp. http://www.vliz.be/Vmdcdata/imis2/ref.php?refid=78278〕 tentativley included the Macluritidae within the Gastropoda, placing them among Paleozoic molluscs with anisostrophically coiled shells of uncertain position (Gastropoda?) and within the superfamily Macluritoidea. This family has no subfamilies.
