Mallavolu is a village and large Panchayati Raj in Guduru Mandal, in Krishna district, in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. The population of the village is more than 12,000.The lord Siva Temple of 15th century is known for its Divinity. One more temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu is also located in the heart of village. It was established for the benefit of farmers in Mallavolu and many surrounding villages. And it received the best PACS award by the hands of the then finance minister K.Rosiaha.The main functions of the Society are to give Money Loans, Fertilizers, Pesticides and to fulfill other Day to Day farming needs. This Society is renowned for paying the loans on time back to central bank from which loans are taken to serve the farmers. Parnam Balaji Rao Memorial (Calvary Temple) This Calvary Temple / Sri Parnam Balaji Rao memorial was built by children of Late Sri Parnam Balaji Rao to fulfill his wish. Sri PARNAM BALAJI RAO always wished to have a place of worship for people of all casts and creed. It was opened by his family on the occasion of his first death anniversary(11th August 2015).
