Marradi is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Florence in the Italian region Tuscany, located about northeast of Florence. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,504 and an area of .〔All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.〕 The municipality of Marradi contains the ''frazioni'' (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Abeto, Badia del Borgo Caset., Biforco, Campigno, Crespino, Popolano, Sant'Adriano, and Val della Meta.
