Marsiliana, known also as Marsiliana d'Albegna, is a village in Tuscany, central Italy, administratively a frazione of the comune of Manciano, province of Grosseto. At the time of the 2001 census its population amounted to 246.〔 (Popolazione residente - Grosseto (dettaglio loc. abitate) - Censimento 2001 ), Istat.〕 Marsiliana is about 40 km from Grosseto and 18 km from Manciano. It is situated in southern Maremma, along the ''Maremmana'' Regional Road halfway between Manciano and the Tyrrhenian Sea at Albinia. The old centre of Marsiliana is situated on the top of a hill overlooking the river Albegna.
