''Marslander'' is a simple spacecraft simulation game of skill originally written on the BBC Micro for release on the Acorn Electron Introductory Cassette tape. It was written in order to demonstrate how to define and use "procedures"〔’’Acorn Electron User Guide’’, Publishers Acorn Computers Limited, Part No 405000, June 1983, Pages 77 to 83〕 as implemented in the BBC BASIC programming language interpreter used on the BBC Micro and Acorn Electron computers. It was subsequently popular in schools in the UK, many of which used the BBC Micro for teaching computer science. ==History== In the Summer of 1982, David Johnson-Davies who was head of Acornsoft commissioned technical author Jon Mountfort to write the Acorn Electron User Guide. At that time, Acorn Computers were aiming to release the Electron before Christmas 1982, so the task was completed in 6 weeks and included writing the Marslander and Bugzap games which were included on the introductory cassette launched with the Electron home computer in August 1983. The User Guide contains references to Marslander on pages 80 to 82, encouraging the user to look at the BASIC code for the game so that he/she can better understand how to implement BASIC Procedures using the DEF PROC and END PROC commands. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Marslander」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
