Meatbodies

Meatbodies is an American garage rock band from California, formed in 2012. The band consists of Chad Ubovich (vocals, guitar), Patrick Nolan (guitar), Killian LeDuke (bass), Erik Jimenez (drums) and Mote Najera (drums).
Originally called Chad and the Meatbodies, Ubovich started the band while performing in Mikal Cronin's backing band. Enlisting childhood friend Cory Hanson (Wand), Erik Jimenez and Riley Youngdahl, the four-piece gained wider recognition after supporting Ty Segall and Charles Moothart's hard rock band, Fuzz.
After releasing a self-titled cassette on Segall's record label, God? Records, Ubovich changed the band's name to Meatbodies and recorded its debut album, ''Meatbodies'' (2014), with producer Eric Bauer. A line-up change welcomed new members Patrick Nolan (guitar), Killian LeDuke (bass) and Ryan Moutinho (drums) to support the album. Mountinho soon departed from the band, with two drummers occupying his role; original member Jimenez and Monte Najera.
