Mehdipatnam
Mehdipatnam is a major suburb in Hyderabad, India.〔(Mehdipatnam bears the brunt of traffic )〕 It provides connectivity to the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport through the PV Narasimha Rao Expressway from major suburbs like Banjara Hills, Ameerpet, Begumpet, Kukatpally, Nampally, and Musheerabad. It derives its name from Nawab Mehdi Nawaz Jung who lived and owned the area during the Nizam's rule.
It is 12 km from the IT corridor of Gachibowli and Madhapur.

Mehdipatnam has seen enormous development in the last two decades. It is the center of shopping for many suburbs. It is an area always buzzing with people.
There is a vegetable market, Rythu bazaar here, making a good addition for vegetable shopping.
