Mehrzad ((ペルシア語:مهرزاد); is a Persian (Iranian) male and female given name. 'Mehrzad' derives from Middle Persian ''Mihrdat'', a theophoric name meaning "Given by Mehr." 'Mehr' in turn derives from Avestan Mithra, the Zoroastrian divinity and hypostasis of covenant. 'Mehrzad' also means "the son of justice". In Persian language "Mehr" means "Justice" and "Zâd" means Son of. In present-day Iran, the name Mehrzad is also retroactively applied to several historic figures that appear in western literature as Mithridates, a hellenized or philhellenic form of the Old Iranian name. * Raman Mehrzad (born 1985), Swedish medical student, author and lecturer * Tooraj Mehrzad (born 1951), Iranian actor * Turan Mehrzad, Iranian actress Mehrzad is the forename of: * Mehrzad Marashi (born 1980), Iranian-German singer * Mehrzad Madanchi (born 1985), Iranian football midfielder 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Mehrzad」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
