Mobinomics
Mobinomics is a software development company situated in Cape Town, South Africa, which designs, builds, and maintains software intensive operating systems for telecommunications companies, city government branches, and large corporate organisations. The primary focus area of the company is in the domain of telecommunications operations support systems. Other service offerings include telecommunications management, software system design and development, system science and complex problem solving, and operating systems generally. ==History==
Mobinomics was registered with the South African Company Registration Office as a close corporation in 2005 and later converted into privately held company in 2007. The company has no direct connection with the book, (Mobinomics ), published in 2012 by (Alan Knott-Craig Jnr ) and (Gus Silber ) on the story of South African social network, Mxit. Knott-Craig came across the name while walking past Mobinomics’ offices in 2011 and thought that it would be an apt title for the book.
