EMI Czech Republic
EMI Czech Republic is a record label based in the Czech Republic. The label was originally founded under the name ''Monitor''. EMI purchased the label in 1994 and continued it under the name Monitor / EMI s.r.o.〔"s.r.o." in Czech corresponds to "L.l.c. or GmbH"〕 Later the label was renamed EMI Czech Republic s.r.o.. The label was sold to the Warner Music Group in 2013, alongside other EMI labels, for £487 million.
