In the Q & Mojo Classic Special Edition ''Pink Floyd & The Story of Prog Rock'', the album came #32 in its list of "40 Cosmic Rock Albums".〔''Q Classic: Pink Floyd & The Story of Prog Rock'', 2005.〕 According to Ozzy Osbourne of Black Sabbath, while recording their fifth album ''Sabbath Bloody Sabbath'', Tony Iommi suffered from writer's block and was not able to produce any riffs, which had been the main body of the band's songs.
