Mul-T-Lock is an Israeli lock manufacturer and subsidiary of ASSA ABLOY. The company develops, manufactures and markets High Security locking products and access control solutions globally. Mul-T-Lock's patented locking technology is used by milions of users around the world. Its products and its trademarks are widely acclaimed by professionals, businesses, institutions and consumers. ==History== In 1973, Mul-T-Lock introduced the first-of-its-kind, four-way door lock system. Today, four-way locks based on the original, pioneering concept are still in use today all over the world. In 1976, the success of the four-way lock spread worldwide as marketing efforts expanded globally. With the company’s rapid growth, Mul-T-Lock expanded its manufacturing plant and by 1982, the company had greatly increased its product line to include a wide range of High Security cylinders, locks and accessories, steel doors and vehicle protection products. To support the company’s growth and reach, in 1987, Mul-T-Lock launched its first sales subsidiary in the US, and open a second manufacturing plant in Israel. In the years that followed, Mul-T-Lock further expanded its global reach, with the establishment of European subsidiaries and penetration into the East Europe and Asia Pacific market. Mul-T-Lock also began to manufacture automatic key-cutting and assembly machines. In combination with custom-developed software, these key-cutting machines now allow locksmiths to easily create complex key systems. After its acquisition by ASSA ABLOY AB in 2000, and with continued focus on innovation, Mul-T-Lock began developing electromechanical products that leverage today’s advancing technology. This has brought enhanced levels of convenience and functionality. In Israel, Mul-T-Lock is the market leader for locking solutions, serving residential, commercial and institutional markets. Through a nationwide distribution network, Mul-T-Lock Israel provides the complete range of High Security locking solutions, and works directly with door manufacturers to supply pre-installed Mul-T-Lock locks. In addition, Mul-t-Lock Israel has a specialized department that consults for contractors and architects during the planning phase of new building projects, helping them plan for and deploy the most relevant locking solution. Mul-T-Lock was acquired by ASSA ABLOY in 2000. Today, the company has 13 selling units globally and a distribution network present in 70 countries. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Mul-T-Lock」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
