''Mulloidichthys'' is a genus of goatfishes native to coral and rocky reefs of the tropical Atlantic, Indian, and Pacific Oceans. Six species are recognized in this genus. Twenty-six species of digenean parasites have been reported 〔Bray, R. A., Justine, J.-L. & Cribb, T. H. 2007: ''Homalometron moraveci'' n. sp.
