Veerakodi Vellalar are also known as ''Musugundha Vellalar''. ==Origin== These people are of Saiva Pillai stock to be more specific Karkatha Vellalars. Even to this day many people refuse to be categorized as Veerakodi Vellalars. Nobody exactly knows how they ended up in this place. Most of the Veerakodi Vellalars have taken to meat eating which is said to have happened in the last 4 -5 generations.
