National Digital Crime Resource & Training Centre (NDCRTC) is an autonomous body in India, which was launched in July 18, 2014 by the Union Minister for Urban Development, Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation and Parliamentary Affairs, Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu.〔http://www.pib.nic.in/NEWSITE/photoright.aspx?phid=55236 〕〔https://twitter.com/pib_india/status/490077934082740226〕 The aim of this project is to become a Center of Excellence in the field of Digital Crime Investigation Awareness. This is now under the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY) and would be managed by the Ministry of Home Affairs (India) (MHA) at an Intermediate stage.
