Nashiri
Nashiri E-publishing House is a free, non-profit, non-governmental electronic library and electronic publishing house. It's the first Arabic website to combine the services of publishing houses and libraries on a single site. The contents of Nashiri are available free of charge. == History == Nashiri is an Arabic word meaning "my publisher." The idea behind the name is that "each writer can claim that he/she has his own publishing house... Nashiri also aims at offering -electronically- diverse materials free for everyone" according to Hayat Alyaqout the 24-year-old founder and editor-in-chief. Nashiri was launched on July 4, 2003 and quickly grew up to include more than 120 e-books, 100 writers from all over the Arabic speaking countries, and over 2000 articles.
