Nelsonophryne : ウィキペディア英語版 | Nelsonophryne
''Nelsonophryne'' is a small genus of microhylid frogs. The type species ''Nelsonophryne aterrima'' was described by Albert Günther as ''Glossostoma aterrimum'' in 1901. The genus ''Glossostoma'' was then synonymised to ''Microhyla'' by Hampton Wildman Parker but later resurrected. Since ''Glossostoma'' was a junior homonym of a flatworm genus, a replacement name ''Nelsonophryne'' (Nelson frogs) was given by Darrel Frost in 1987. ==Species== Amphibian Species of the World considers ''Nelsonophryne'' to be a valid genus with two species.〔 In the classification provided by Amphibiaweb, the species are included in ''Ctenophryne''.〔(【引用サイトリンク】 AmphibiaWeb: Information on amphibian biology and conservation )〕 * ''Nelsonophryne aequatorialis'' (Peracca, 1904). * ''Nelsonophryne aterrima'' (Günther, 1901).
