Norbord Inc. is an international forest products company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. It has 15 operations located in Canada, the United States and Europe, with assets of US$1.4 billion and annual sales in excess of $1 billion. The company is one of the largest producers of Oriented strand board (OSB) in the world. Norbord has 11 OSB mills, 2 MDF (medium density fibreboard) plants, 2 particleboard (chipboard) plants, 1 specialty plywood mill and 1 furniture plant. Its OSB mills in the US are in Minnesota, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, South Carolina and 2 in Texas. In Canada there are 2 mills in Alberta, 1 in British Columbia, 1 in Ontario and 1 in Québec and in Europe there are mills in Inverness, Scotland and Genk, Belgium. There are MDF lines in Deposit, New York and Cowie, Scotland. Its particleboard lines are in Cowie, Scotland and South Molton, England.
