Emily Rose Kafoury (born November 20, 1995) known as Nova (often stylized as NŌVA), is a Canadian singer and songwriter from Montreal, Quebec.
== Early life ==
Emily Rose Kafoury was born in Montreal, Canada. NŌVA started writing songs and playing the violin at the age of 7. She says violin was a huge part of her life growing up and it helped her mold into the performer she is today. From the age of 12, she has been trained both classically and in jazz. In her teens, she took many theatre and broadway classes. 〔
