''OK! TV'' is an American syndicated entertainment news and gossip program that is based on the magazine of the same name. The series is being co-produced by ''OK!'' ''OK!TV'' was renewed for a second season on January 15, 2014.

The series focuses on pop culture, celebrity news, gossip and lifestyle, leveraging the content of ''OK!'' and sister publications ''RadarOnline, Shape, Men's Fitness, Star, Country Weekly,'' and ''Soap Opera Digest''. The program is co-hosted by five correspondents, Julie Alexandria, Shandi Finnessey, Alex Miranda, Ron Pitts and Mayleen Ramey. The New York segments are anchored by Alexandria and Miranda, the Los Angeles segments are handled by Pitts and Finnessey, and the Las Vegas portion is anchored by Ramey.〔("'OK TV!'
