OXXO is a chain of convenience stores from Mexico, with over 13,000 stores 〔(Oxxo website. Retrieved April 22, 2008 )〕 across Latin America. It is the largest chain of this kind of store in Mexico.〔(Post-Gazette )〕 Its headquarters are in Monterrey, Nuevo León.〔"(Directorio Principal )." OXXO. Retrieved on January 1, 2011. "Principal CORPORATIVO (81) 8389-2121 Edison No. 1235 Nte. Col. Talleres C.P. 64480 Monterrey, N.L."〕 It is wholly owned by the beverage company FEMSA (Fomento Económico Mexicano). OXXO was founded in Monterrey in 1977, following a FEMSA marketing plan to use company-owned stores to promote and market the Cerveceria Cuauhtémoc beer brands. This distribution method bypassed the traditional Mexican network of local wholesalers (''depósito de cerveza'') selling beer via local supermarkets and small stores (''tiendas'' and ''miscelaneas''). In the first stores, the only products sold were beer, snacks and cigars. The success of the stores was such that the project kept growing and OXXO built new locations rapidly, becoming a ubiquitous presence in Mexican cities and towns. The first official OXXO store was opened in 1978 in Monterrey. Oxxo stores then spread to Chihuahua, Hermosillo and Nuevo Laredo. Throughout the eighties, OXXO gained fame around the cities where it was established. In 1998, the 1000th store was opened. On July 6, 2011 was announced the opening of the 9000th store, established in Oaxaca.〔()〕 ==Gallery== File:Oxxo Cozumel.JPG|OXXO store in San Miguel de Cozumel, Quintana Roo File:Oxxo.JPG|OXXO store in Gomez Palacio, Durango File:OxxoObreraDF.JPG|OXXO store in Mexico City File:XC2V1522 FACHADA OXXO CERCA andatti.jpg|OXXO store in Cancún, Quintana Roo File:Oxxo store.JPG|Another OXXO store in Mexico City File:OxxoChapala.JPG|OXXO store in Gómez Palacio, Durango File:OxxoMaya.JPG|OXXO store in Gómez Palacio, Durango File:OxxoPaseodelTec.jpg|OXXO store in Torreon, Coahuila File:OxxoSanIsidro.jpg|Another OXXO store in Torreon, Coahuila File:Oxxo Nueva Rosita.jpg|OXXO store in Nueva Rosita, Coahuila File:OxxoGomez.jpg|OXXO store in Downtown Gómez Palacio 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「OXXO」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
