Okalice
Okalice ((ドイツ語:Occalitz)) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Cewice, within Lębork County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Central Statistical Office (GUS) - TERYT (National Register of Territorial Land Apportionment Journal) )〕 It lies approximately north-east of Cewice, south-east of Lębork, and west of the regional capital Gdańsk. Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. At the end of World War II 62 inhabitants of the village committed suicide.〔Florian Huber: "Kind, versprich mir, dass du dich erschießt", Berlin Verlag 2015, p. 93〕 The region was placed under Polish administration and ethnically cleansed according to the post-war Potsdam Agreement.
