Onyalai /ony·al·ai/ (o″ne-al´a-e) is an acquired form of immune thrombocytopenia which differs clinically, epidemiologically and immunologically from idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. ==Discovery== The first case was reported in 1904 by Wellman. == Epidemiology== Onyalai is limited to black populations in central southern Africa.〔〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Onyalai )〕 The affected age range is from less than a year to 70 years and seems not to be gender-specific in the same manner as ITP. Cases generally peak between 11 and 20 years old. ==Etiology== Inadequate nutrition or the consumption of tainted food are suspected. Both IgG and IgM autoantibodies to platelet and to glycoprotein IIb/IIIa is found in majority of patients.〔 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Onyalai」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
