Overcart is India’s first marketplace for unboxed, refurbished, pre-owned, and excess stock products. It was founded by Alexander Souter and Saptarshi Nath in 2012. The business was formally incorporated as a company in April, 2012 as Exit10 Marketing Pvt. Ltd.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Exit10 Marketing Pvt. Founders, Alexander Souter〔()〕 and Saptarshi Nath came up with the idea of GamesINC while working together for The Corporate Executive Board Company, a management consulting company based out of Washington, D.C. GamesINC was rebranded as Bootstrapp to coincide with the launch of new product categories, such as high-end smartphones (e.g., iPhones) and shift to a marketplace model. Another rebranding exercise in April 2014 resulted in Bootstrapp changing its name to Overcart. This rebranding coincided with the launch of the unboxed and refurbished goods business model aimed at mobiles, tablets, laptops, games, and other electronic accessories. In January 2015, Overcart launched the first flash sale of unboxed and refurbished items in partnership with Xiaomi – selling the popular Redmi 1s device. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Overcart」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
