The Oxymorrons are an American alternative hip-hop group from Queens, NY, consisting of vocalists Dave “D” Bellevue and brother Ashmy “KI” Bellevue. ==Career== The Oxymorrons were formed in 2009 by Ashmy "KI" Bellevue, Anthony "Ony" Irvin and Omar Hernandez in Queens, NY. Dave "D" Bellevue joined the group after returning from tour and subsequently parting ways with his previous group, Chemistry. The boys spent their early days building their brand and developing their distinct sound at Queens skate shop, Conrete Jungle, founded by Omar Hernandez. After playing various shows around New York City, the Oxymorrons caught their first break opening for Lupe Fiasco. The group continued to make music and play shows, leading them to the 2010 SXSW Music Festival in Austin, TX where they met and developed a strong friendship with Travis McCoy of Gym Class Heroes. The group then hit a rough patch in the Summer of 2010 when original member Anthony "Ony" Irvin experienced complications with his hearing and was forced to drop out of the group. Devastated by the loss of one of the original members, the group questioned their future. By Fall 2011, The Oxymorrons had rededicated themselves to continuing their musical journey and connected with Jay-Z's company, Artful Dodger to release their mixtape "STFU and Listen". The project had two successful release events; one held at the Roc A Wear showroom in Manhattan hosted by Sway Calloway of MTV and the other in Los Angeles hosted by DJ Skee. By 2012, the Oxymorrons had received solid recognition for their energetic live show, touring with Gym Class Heroes in the Spring. In November 2012, a video for the track "TKO" featuring and co-written by the Oxymorrons was released by Wynter Gordon to much critical acclaim. The Oxymorrons are currently recording their fifth project "For Fun & Games" and its expected to release in 2014 . 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Oxymorrons」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
