PacificFlier : ウィキペディア英語版 | PacificFlier
PacificFlier was a short-lived airline based in Koror, Palau, operating chartered passenger flights out of its base at Roman Tmetuchl International Airport. The airline only had one single aircraft, a leased Airbus A310-300, which was equipped with 194 passenger seats, 18 of which were located in business class. The airplane was put into service with the airline on 26 March 2010, and returned to Hi Fly, its lessor, on 16 August of the same year, which marked the end of operations of PacificFlier.〔(PacificFlier fleet list at planespotters.net )〕 ==History== PacificFlier commenced operations on 31 March 2010, with its inaugural service from Palau to Brisbane (a chartered flight).〔(Pacific Flier to Connect Brisbane by month's end ). Retrieved 6 March 2010.〕 In May of that year, the airline announced that flights to Australia would land at Gold Coast Airport rather than at Brisbane, beginning in June, which came along a ''children fly and stay free'' campaign to promote the new service.〔("PacificFlier Kids fly & stay free" - eTravel Blackboard ) retrieved 2010-06-10〕 On 13 August, PacificFlier had to suspend its flight operations because it was unable to secure traffic rights for the operation of scheduled operations, rather than the charter services it operated so far. Initial plans for a relaunch did not materialize.
