Pandharmati
Pandharmati is a small and very famous village in Harda District, Madhya Pradesh in India. It lies about 30 km south of Harda and about 70 km east of Harsud. Bhopal is 189 km away from Pandharmati. Timarni, Nemawar, Bori Wildlife Sanctuary, Khirkiya and Kesla constitute interesting excursions. Harda Railway station serves the town. Holy Narmada River is about 50 km from the city. In the south hill region of Pandharmati we can find the Tribal, 'Gond' and 'Korku' peoples. Previously in the south region there was 'Makdai' rule and the 'Gond' king was the ruler. The 'Bihola' village was the developed 'Rajaswa' center in 'Mugal'. 'Jhadbida' village is the closet village to 'Pandharmati' which has its own panchayat. ==Culture== The people of Pandharmati also have a great tendency towards adopting new trends and life styles. Pandharmati is known for lush green lands and is a great village to live in. The people of this region are very fond of colors. The dresses they wear are very colorful. Women wear sarees with Kardhani. Pandharmati has its own dance styles, cuisine, music.
