''Pasalubong'' (Tagalog, "() for when you welcome me") is the Filipino tradition of travellers bringing gifts from their destination to people back home. In Visayan languages, ''pasalubong'' is also referred to as ''tinabuan'' in Cebuano and ''sinugatan'' in Hiligaynon.
