Peramangalam is an Indian village 10 kilometres away from Trichur. The district highways connecting Kozhikode and Guruvayoor pass through this village. It is often called as "Makaram Perunallu" (holy procession in the thrissur district ), it is called ARANGUTHIRUNNAL (jan-24,25,26 ).
