Pescantina is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Verona in the Italian region Veneto, located about west of Venice and about northwest of Verona. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 14,096 and an area of .〔All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.〕 The municipality of Pescantina contains the ''frazioni'' (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Settimo, Balconi, Arcè, Ospedaletto, and Santa Lucia.
